Todd’s focus is on helping Colorado business grow through providing capital form sale lease back transactions. He has come to be known throughout Colorado for developing creative and innovative sale lease back transactions that provide maximum value from real estate assets.
Todd has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has completed acquisition and disposition assignments valued at over a billion dollars. Todd’s experience is deep as well as broad, including land purchases, land sales, speculative development, build-to-suits, lease and sublease transactions, building purchase and sale transactions, portfolio analysis and real estate consulting services.
He earned his BA from Colorado State University and his MBA from the University of Colorado. Todd is highly committed to the community in which he earns his living, giving his energy and experience to: YouthBiz, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Denver Rescue Mission and the Gathering Place. He is also affiliated with Children’s Hospital Courage Classic Team Research Riders, Leadership Denver, Toastmasters International CTM, and has been recognized as one of the Denver Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.”

Kenneth has spent more than a decade in various aspects of the real estate industry. Prior to RMIP, Kenneth was a Vice President for Cherokee, a private equity fund with more than $2 billion under management that invested primarily in brownfields throughout North America and Western Europe. At Cherokee, Mr. Ho was responsible for deal origination, underwriting, deal structuring and dispositions. Kenneth has also provided advisory services to several public agencies and private companies, developing revitalization plans and helping them evaluate the feasibility of proposed development plans and assessing the development potential for their real estate assets.
Kenneth received his BA from Stanford University, a Masters of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Weiss Urban Livability Fellow, and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC where he was a Trammell Crow Residential Fellow. Kenneth is active in a number of non-profits, is a graduate of Leadership Denver, Class of 2006, is on the Executive Committeee of the Urban Land Institute-Colorado and is a member of the Denver Planning Board.
